Visualizing my Amal Experience / Journey

When I joined the Amal Academy I was nervous and curious about the fellowship. I really loved the ‘Ice-Breaking’ activity which allowed me to feel free and confident with my fellows and instructors.

When I look back at my Amal experience, especially the first 2 weeks, it reminds me about the ‘Punctuality’ that we used to have before joining the session. As our PM ‘Noor Alam’ and PA ‘Arfa Tabassum’ (Project Manager and Project Associate) told us to join each session 15 min before 2pm. And Ma’am Arfa Tabassum our PA, always motivates the fellows who used to join the session before time by giving them shoutout.

‘Time’ symbol of punctuality

Another thing that reminds me about Amal experience of first 2 weeks are the efforts of ‘Edhi Sahab’. After hearing his life story during the session I felt humble, inspired and purposeful. I hope that I will live my life by keeping in view his efforts and the love for living beings.

This experience also reminds me about my ‘Life Map’ and finding my ‘Why’ through it. I also pushed my self to deliver a presentation on the topic called “Seven levels of Why” from the book named “Millionaire Successful Habits” and that really motivates me to grow and work on the things that I am really passionate about.

Life Map

In the end I would love to say thanks to all of my Batch mates. You guys are amazing. Listening to each one’s life stories inspired me a lot. And I found that we learn more through listening than talking.

Stay Happy! Stay Blessed! Stay Yourself!
